How usage works

Usage is counted in multiples of Free's included allowance, which is 1x. The allowance refills every week and in rolling five-hour windows, and a 20x seat gets twenty times as much in both.

Unlimited code runs: No weekly limit on code runs, and each run can last 20 seconds instead of 10.

Questions

Can people on one team get different amounts?: Yes. Put them in separate seat groups. Each group has its own usage and add-ons, so a few heavy users don't set the price for everyone else.
How does the volume discount work?: It goes by your total seats. At 25 to 49 seats, seats and add-ons are 10% off. At 50 to 99, they're 15% off. API credit is never discounted.
What if we grow past 99 people?: Team holds up to 99 seats. Enterprise starts at 100 seats and has no upper limit.
How do people get their seats?: After checkout, your team page lets you give each seat to someone by email. They accept with their own Sennoric account, and their seat group’s usage and add‑ons apply straight away.
What needs a call on Team?: Zero data retention, single sign-on, paying by invoice and your own contract. Check any of them and the page sends your setup to our team instead.
What happens when someone uses up their allowance?: Their usage refills in the next five-hour window, and the weekly allowance refills every week.
Is Enterprise just a bigger Team?: It starts at 100 seats, goes above 50x per seat, and every part of it can be set up with our team. The price is agreed with you rather than listed.
